Best Club Display

Best Attended Club

It is a condition of entry that a Club banner is prominently displayed.

Show off your club with club flags, display gazebo and club memorabilia. 
Your club could win the trophy for Best Club Display.

The Best Attended Club trophy is for the club with the most number of vehicles on display in the Club display allocated area. 
Please note vehicles entered for Judging MUST park in the Judging area however can be included in the count for Best Attended Club. 
Just need to advise the organisers on the day.

How To Book

To have your club on display at Shannons Queensland Autospectacular just download the form (click here) and post or email the information.

The appropriate number of Club identification stickers will be sent to the Club on receipt of the completed Club booking form.

All Entry fees payable by each individual entrant at Gate.

Fees - No additional fees for club display area.

Display car         $5 plus $10 each for driver and each passenger

Judge car           $10 plus $10 each for driver and each passenger

Display bike       Free plus $10 each for rider and each passenger

Judge bike         $5 plus $10 each for rider and each passenger

Children under 14 free.

There will be lots to look at when you get there, so come and join the fun!

Terms and Conditions

By entering this event entrants understand and accept that photographs DVDs and images of their vehicle, including its number plates, may be used by the Event Promoter for promotional purposes. In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, by entering this event entrants release and discharge the organisers, event sponsors, their officers, dealers, agents, employees, servants and anyone that is connected with the presentation of Shannons Queensland Autospectacular 2012 from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgement and/or claims suffered by an entrant and/or partners, their person and/or property. I/we agree to abide by the rules and directions of the organisers.

All catering rights reserved , no alcohol permitted and no dogs allowed on Willowbank Raceway property.
