Send entry form with your payment to:

Please make cheques payable to
Buick Car Club of Australia Inc. Car Show a/c

After Payment is cleared

Your Judging Entry Card will be sent to you.

Judging is limited to the first 200 vehicles.

Only vehicles that have pre-registered will be judged on the day.

No entries taken on the day.

Prizes

Trophies will be awarded for Champion in each category, Runner Up in each category.

Trophies will also be awarded for
Grand Champion Car of the Show,
Grand Champion Ute/Pick Up of the Show,
Grand Champion Bike of the Show

Cars and bikes must be on site by 9.00 a.m. Judging commences at 9.00 a.m.

Presentation of trophies 2.00 p.m.

Cars and bikes for judging must remain on site until 2.00 p.m.

Fees

Cars $10 per car plus $10 each for driver and each passenger

Bikes $5 per bike plus $10 each for rider and each passenger

General entry $10 per person. Children under 14 free.

Terms and Conditions

By entering this event entrants understand and accept that photographs DVDs and images of their vehicle, including its number plates, may be used by the Event Promoter for promotional purposes. In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, by entering this event entrants release and discharge the organisers, event sponsors, their officers, dealers, agents, employees, servants and anyone that is connected with the presentation of Shannons Queensland Autospectacular 2012 from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgement and/or claims suffered by an entrant and/or partners, their person and/or property. I/we agree to abide by the rules and directions of the organisers.

All catering rights reserved , no alcohol permitted and no dogs allowed on Willowbank Raceway property.
